What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our typical MOQ starts at 100 pieces per color/style, depending on the design complexity and materials required. For premium materials or special finishes, the MOQ may vary slightly.
Can you help with custom design and tech packs?
Absolutely. If you don’t already have a tech pack, we can assist in building one based on your concept. Our design team can provide renderings and offer guidance on structure, materials, and branding. It will usually take 1-2 days to complete one tech pack, costs between $30 to $80, depending on the complexity of the task and the design material you provided. We can deduct the design and sampling fee if the bulk order is bigger than 300 pieces.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer a full suite of customizations including fabric selection, color matching, embroidery, screen printing, woven patches, PU/leather labels, sublimation, internal branding (taping, labels), special closures (leather straps, metal buckles), and more.
Do you offer sustainable or performance materials?
Yes! We offer eco-conscious options like organic cotton, recycled polyester, and hemp. We also provide functional materials such as moisture-wicking polyester, UPF/UV-protective fabrics, and water-repellent finishes.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling typically takes 15–20 business days, depending on complexity. Bulk production usually takes 30–45 days after sample approval. We also offer rush services if your timeline is tight.
What are your quality control standards?
Every piece goes through a multi-step QC process, including fabric inspection, embroidery/printing review, and post-production quality checks. We ensure consistency, color accuracy, and stitching integrity throughout.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we highly recommend it. Sampling helps you confirm the design and quality before committing to mass production. A small sampling fee is charged, which can be refunded or credited in bulk production.
What shipping options do you offer?
We can ship via sea freight, air freight, or courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). You can choose FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. For DDP, we handle customs and delivery to your doorstep.
Can you help if I’m a new or small brand?
Definitely. We work with both emerging and established brands. We provide guidance throughout the process and offer flexible production options so you can grow confidently with the right support.
What are your payment terms?
For new clients, we typically work on T/T (telegraphic transfer) payment in advance. Once we confirm your order, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review and payment. As soon as the payment is received, we’ll start the sampling or bulk production right away. For returning clients or larger orders, we may offer more flexible terms.
